Take off your shoes and roll a golf ball under your desk while you work. Reflexology is a term that refers to the stimulation of the feet, hands or ears in order to affect other parts of the body via specific pressure points. The entrire body can be mapped by pressure points on - for example the foot and can be stimulated to enhance the natural healing processes. Reflexology treatments are used to relieve stress and muscular tension, improve blood supply and circulation, and encourage the unblocking of energy/nerve pathways.

Let's face it...for the most of us, if it's in front of us we'll eat it. So, let's use this to our advantage! On your break, walk to the grocery store and pick up a bag of baby carrots. In any scenario, you can only find benefits to having a bag handy.
